Starbucks Sells Control of China Business to Boyu in US$4 Billion JV
On 3 November 2025 Starbucks agreed to form a joint venture in which Boyu Capital will hold up to 60% of its China retail business on an enterprise value of about US$4 billion, with Starbucks keeping 40% and the brand.
