The seasoning is spot on, but the sourcing of ingredients at Big Cat is what truly shines.
"Never underestimate the power of the supergroup," Severson writes.
There are plenty of items to share: a mezze trio with warm olives and housemade bread, a decadent seven-layer dip topped with corn flakes, coconut curry roasted oysters. Mains include a Joyce Farms half chicken... and melt-in-your-mouth pork belly with chiles and herbs.
This pin follows the news: it shows what is known now, and here is what changed and what brought it.

The first entry is always the pin's source. Overall confidence is a weighted average of how firmly each reference supports the start and end times used above; a reference counts half as much for every 180 days older than the newest.
The New York Times' Restaurant List 2026 (15 September 2026) gives the opening only as March 2026, with no day. The pin sits on the last day of that month by this vertical's month-only convention, so the real opening day may be earlier in the month.
Verified diner ratings: overall 4.8 from 282 ratings with Food 4.8, Service 4.8, Ambience 4.8 and Value 4.6.[1]
The restaurant's own website, linked from its New York Times entry. It confirms the restaurant is operating but does not date the opening.[1]
Something missing or wrong? Say it in your own words: a link that backs this pin up, a different start or end date and why, or a fact it lacks or gets wrong. The AI checks it against this pin's sources, searches for better ones, and adds any page that backs you up. The pin's own sources still count most. A picture that shows something else, or shows it badly, is looked at too, and moved down or replaced.
