Hershey's second-quarter net sales jumped 26% to $2.61 billion on Easter timing and early Halloween shipments, but it cut its 2025 earnings outlook to a 36-38% adjusted EPS decline after putting full-year tariff costs at $170-180 million.

Net sales rose 26.0% to $2,614.7 million and organic sales 26.3%: volume grew about 21 points on the lap of 2024's post-ERP inventory cuts, a later Easter and earlier Halloween shipments, plus about 5 points of price; first-half sales were up 1.7%^[1]
