Atlassian to Acquire Developer Platform DX for About US$1 Billion
- Atlassian announced it had agreed to acquire the developer-productivity platform DX for about US$1 billion in cash and restricted stock, which TechCrunch called Atlassian's largest acquisition yet[1][3]
