Time Out's[1][3] own announcement of 6 August 2026 says the market will open "in the summer of 2028" at 10 Piccadilly. A season is a period, so the pin takes its last day; northern-hemisphere summer closes at the end of August, giving 31 August 2028. It will move when a day is published - this is two years out and the building is still in development.Time Out brings its market home to the city where the magazine started in 1968: 26,400 square feet over three floors at 10 Piccadilly, on a long-term partnership with The Crown Estate, as the flagship of the whole portfolio.
