Amazon Data Services is building a data center campus of 10 buildings and about 2 million square feet on a 250-acre part of the 1,800-acre Keystone Trade Center, the former U.S. Steel site in Falls Township, Bucks County. The supervisors approved the modified land-development plans in March 2025 and Amazon announced the site in June 2025. By mid-2026 the township described construction as near completion, while residents petitioned against it and a state air permit for 280 natural gas backup generators was still under review.

A developer presented rough plans for a 350,000-square-foot data center on approximately 40 acres of land next to the former Teva Pharmaceutical building in West Rockhill Township. The site is zoned for industrial use and is being marketed under a partnership between National Land Developers and Greener by Design.
