HCI DP Land Acquisition LLC has submitted two applications for two, one-story data center buildings. One application, concerning the Pennsy Supply quarry site, at 249.5 acres is currently zoned industrial. The second application relates to a legal challenge against the township's current zoning laws, which the developer claims is exclusionary of data center development and violates Pennsylvania law. The applications describe two data centers, one at 401,800 square feet and the other at 195,000 square feet, as well as a planned 210,000-square-foot substation. The developer has stated they anticipate approximately 120 full-time employees across both buildings.
