Hawaii's Asian food hall grand opens with 13 of a planned 17 restaurants in the basement of Waikiki Shopping Plaza, taking over the shuttered Waikiki Yokocho. It opens on National Chopsticks Day, and by mid-2023 the line-up has grown to 16 stalls.
