Richmond BizSense^[1], 5 Jan 2026: "One building is expected to be operational in late 2027, and the other would begin operating in mid-2028" (Chirisa). PowerHouse's project page lists delivery and power in Q3 2027; the 2024 release had said the first facility by 2026, so the schedule has moved.

Chirisa Technology Parks and PowerHouse Data Centers are building two 100 MW data center buildings (200 MW; PowerHouse cites 300 MW+ of utility power for the site) at 1600 Digital Drive in Chesterfield County, Virginia, to be leased to CoreWeave; the first is due late 2027. No project cost has been published.

Tract plans Hanover Technology Park, a 2,400 MW data center park on about 1,200 acres in Hanover County, Virginia, about 25 miles north of Richmond; zoning was approved in 2024, site energization is targeted for 2028 and no cost has been published.

The Brunswick Times-Gazette^[1][4][5] published on 2026-08-03 that supervisors "initiated the process to revoke the conditional use permit for the Bellflower Solar Project after Dominion Energy elected to terminate the project"; Dominion's own termination date was not found, so the report date is used. No operation date is published. Dated to the board vote: PointOne's release is dated 9 July 2026 and FauquierNow^[1] reports the board "Thursday" vote (article of 10 Jul 2026); without the fuel-cell yard the county presentation said construction would likely slip to 2030 or later.

The community group CCWEL reports that First Selectman Brule announced on 17 March 2026 that the project ended because NE Edge-Waterford, LLC defaulted on the Host Municipality Fee Agreement; the town's own notice was not found, so the date is attributed, not confirmed.
