Baxtel^[2] lists "Year Planned: 2027" for IAD06 while Cleanview^[3] lists 2028; neither gives a month and Aligned has published no date. Turner said on 9 March 2026 that the structure topped out "fewer than five months after breaking ground".

Aligned Data Centers topped out IAD-06 in March 2026, a two-story 450,000 sq ft data center at Quantum Frederick park in Frederick County, Maryland: 72 MW per Turner Construction and DCD, 82.8 MW facility power in Cleanview; no cost has been published.

Construction Dive^[3], 1 December 2025: "300 megawatts expected in 2027, another 300 megawatts planned for 2030 and the final 300 megawatts slated for the 2033 to 2035 period"; Baxtel^[4], 10 October 2025: first 300 MW "due to come online in Q1 2027". Groundbreaking was 20 November 2025.

CleanArc Data Centers broke ground on 20 November 2025 on VA1, a three-building, 900 MW hyperscale campus on about 650-738 acres in Caroline County, Virginia, with 300 MW planned for 2027, 300 MW for 2030 and 300 MW for 2033-2035; the county puts the campus at 8.8B USD (about 2.93B USD per building).

No developer schedule exists in the filings. PJM queue rows AC2-111 (80 MW) and AF1-071 (98 MW), both flagged signed and under construction, show 1 April 2027 and 1 April 2028 (via Cleanview); the original 2019-2020 plan has long passed.^[1]

Angelina Solar I, LLC holds an Ohio Power Siting Board certificate for an 80 MW solar farm on up to 827 acres in Israel and Dixon townships, Preble County; its status is disputed between trackers and cost is not published.

Richmond BizSense^[1], 5 Jan 2026: "One building is expected to be operational in late 2027, and the other would begin operating in mid-2028" (Chirisa). PowerHouse's project page lists delivery and power in Q3 2027; the 2024 release had said the first facility by 2026, so the schedule has moved.

Chirisa Technology Parks and PowerHouse Data Centers are building two 100 MW data center buildings (200 MW; PowerHouse cites 300 MW+ of utility power for the site) at 1600 Digital Drive in Chesterfield County, Virginia, to be leased to CoreWeave; the first is due late 2027. No project cost has been published.

CyrusOne's Yorkville Technology Campus on about 228 acres at Eldamain and Faxon roads in Kendall County, Illinois, is listed by Cleanview at 600 MW (CyrusOne publishes no MW), carries more than 1B USD of investment, was approved in July 2024 and re-approved with a smaller layout in July 2026, with the first building due late 2027.
