Harry Reid International, Signature Aviation and U.S. Customs and Border Protection opened a dedicated general aviation and cargo clearance building on the west side of the airfield. It takes international private-jet arrivals out of the passenger terminals, which the airport says cuts congestion as Las Vegas draws more international traffic for its sporting events.
