Baidu Baike for 民信老铺(华盖路店) (citing the Ministry of Commerce Laozihao record): the 民信 milk shop opened on Huagai Road in the early 1930s (brand started 1925 by Dong Xiaohua), closed through war and collectivisation, and reopened in 1990 under Dong Zhaoxiang; the Baike infobox gives 开业时间 1990年. So 1990 is the reopening at this address; original opening was early 1930s. A 2015 Qunar review also claims 1930.
