miHoYo's in-house animation arm launches an ongoing string of short, self-contained episodes built around individual Genshin Impact characters, each running only a few minutes but paired with full original scoring and film-quality visuals. The shorts fill in backstory for the game's cast without requiring any prior familiarity with Teyvat, making them as much stand-alone shorts as promotional tie-ins.
