Nestlé agreed to sell its mainstream vitamins business - Nature's Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester-C, Gard, Nuun, Puritan's Pride and Sisu, with its US private-label supplements and their plants - to Yellow Wood Partners for $1.0 billion. The business had $1.2 billion of sales in 2025; Nestlé keeps premium brands such as Solgar and Pure Encapsulations.

Berlin's abandoned, billion-mark ICC convention centre, nicknamed the 'spaceship', went out to tender for a 99-year ground lease, and the Land Berlin has now tied itself to one bidder: the Projektpartnerschaft Quartier ICC, which has until 30 June 2027 to negotiate the lease and a reuse plan built around events and the creative industries.
