Comanche Solar is a 500 MW solar project in the SPP interconnection queue (GEN-2020-087) in Comanche County, Oklahoma, with a proposed completion of November 30, 2028. A 2020 state land lease near Lawton was won by EDF Renewables for a 250 MW plan; no source reviewed ties that lease to this queue entry.

The Glassworks Data Campus is a conceptual data center plan on about 100 acres in Clarion Borough, backed by the Miles family of companies. Marketing materials cite immediate access to 100 MW of grid power and up to 700 MW with on-site generation. County officials said in January 2026 that no formal proposal had been filed and the concept depends on securing a tenant.

EIA’s August 2026 inventory identifies Mirasol Energy Center, LLC. as a 400 MW photovoltaic project in Pueblo County. It lists regulatory approvals received, not under construction, with December 2028 proposed operation.

EIA lists CENT bn, LLC’s Centralia Battery Energy Storage System as a 200 MW planned battery in Thurston County, Washington. Its August 2026 inventory reports approvals pending, not under construction, with December 2028 proposed operation.
