Opening / first-lease date: projected opening recorded only to the month (October 2026) in Pennrose[1][2] Kicks Off Parcel B Affordable Housing Development in Naugatuck, CT; the pin sits on the last day of that month. Not yet open: this is the projected opening, not a confirmed date. Confidence: medium. Projected by Pennrose (Oct 2025 groundbreaking release, groundbreaking Oct 28 2025). Pennrose property page (checked Oct 2026) still says 'COMING FALL 2026 / Now Pre-Leasing'; no ribbon-cutting or first-lease found, so not yet confirmed open. 'Fall' mapped to 2026-10 (month is an approximation within Sep-Nov). Commercial Record (Nov 2025) instead says 'mid-2027' for the project overall (tied to the train station), so slippage possible. Phase I only; phases II/III have no dates.Phase I will provide 60 apartments at 30%, 50% and 80% AMI and market rents, with approximately 3,000 square feet of retail. Later phases are separate planned developments. Property information reviewed October 10, 2026. Published rents: 1 bedroom / 50% AMI $1,008, 1 bedroom / 80% AMI $1,709, 2 bedrooms / 50% AMI $1,223.
