Estimate from the variant's published specs, 0-5; scores are only comparable within one criteria year. Variant: E175 baseline (STD), 76 typical seats (12J+64Y), MTOW 40,370 kg, 2x CF34-8E (draft figures from Embraer/Wikipedia). Range: 2,200 nmi -> 0.5 (linear 1,500=0 to 2,500=1). Capacity: 76 typical two-class -> 0.5. Efficiency: no fuel burn found -> null. Speed: Mach 0.75 -> 1.5 (0.70=1, 0.78=2). Runway: takeoff field about 2,244 m = 7,362 ft at MTOW, SL, ISA -> 4 (7,000=4, 8,500=3), figure quoted in the pin draft from Embraer's data. Comfort: three passenger reviews (2-2, no middle seat; LOT and United economy/first described comfortable) mostly of later-built E175s, no cabin width/noise figures opened -> 3.5. Linear interpolation, nearest half step. Reviews are of the E175 family in service, not the 2005 Air Canada aircraft.[2]
it was probably one of the most tolerable regional jet experiences I’ve had in a while. At least in economy class.
The seats on the LOT Polish Airlines Embraer ERJ-175 are comfortable, spacious leather seats which certainly have a generous seat pitch and lots of shoulder room.
the ride on a regional jet (with a lap baby!) was actually comfortable.

Airdata News, citing Embraer: "on July 19, 2005, Air Canada began operating with the E175 C-FEIQ registration"; FlightGlobal[3] (2 August 2005) confirms deliveries had begun with three aircraft received; Wikipedia[2] gives July 2005 for the first delivery and revenue service.
