Two Dallas outlets give the same day. FSR magazine (18 May 2026) and CultureMap[2] Dallas both put the opening on Tuesday 2 June 2026 at 139 Turtle Creek Blvd, and 2 June 2026 is indeed a Tuesday. The concept had been trailed since September 2025 as opening "in early 2026", so the June date is the firm one rather than the early estimate.
Teresa Gubbins' report for CultureMap Dallas, which gives the same opening day and suite number as the trade press and adds the detail this pin's summary rests on: the 20 courses "playful and provocative - some just a single bite", the 26 seats per seating, the bar programme and the Noir Lounge. It is also the source[1] of this pin's four photographs. It differs from FSR on two figures - 9,500 square feet against 7,800, and a 46-seat lounge against 64.
Steven Doyle's report of the project nine months ahead, which is where the "early 2026" estimate in this pin's date reasoning comes from. It already had the address, the 20 courses, the 26 seats per seating and the rooms - "from a projection-mapped communal table to an open kitchen and neon-lit chamber" - and gives RJ Cooper's background at Rogue 24 in Washington and Saint Stephen in Nashville. It puts the space at 9,500 square feet, agreeing with CultureMap[2] against FSR's 7,800.
