ERCOT September 2026 GIS identifies Amphion Solar Phase 2 as request 28INR0343, Amphion Solar LLC, 205.9 MW in Atascosa County, targeting May 15, 2029. Screening is complete and full study started without an IA; construction is not established.

Apache Energy Storage 1, LLC (listed by Cleanview under New Leaf Energy) plans a lithium-ion battery of about 200 MW (203.7 MW in the CAISO queue) on 11.3 acres near Sanger, Fresno County; the county approved the permit in May 2023 and no cost has been published.

ERCOT September 2026 GIS identifies Agricola BESS LLC request 28INR0265 in Austin County: 205.2 MW, May 31, 2029 projected COD, screening complete and full study started without an interconnection agreement.

Aurora Energy Storage Center remains an unconfirmed project identity. Its previously reported developer, capacity, investment, construction stage and operating schedule are not substantiated by the cited project material.

EIA plant 68347 lists Abeja Solar Farm LLC’s Bee County project at 200 MW, with July 2028 proposed operation and approvals not initiated. The later September 2026 ERCOT GIS request 27INR0372 instead reports 200.84 MW and June 7, 2029 projected COD.

SPP lists GEN-2018-048 as 300 MW solar in Caddo County, Oklahoma, connecting at Pecan Creek 345 kV Substation with June 15, 2029 proposed COD and IA fully executed/on-schedule status. The queue does not establish an Invenergy-branded project or local permit.

Blizzard's next mainline Diablo, set in a Sanctuary where Diablo has already won, is targeted for Spring 2029.

Longroad Energy's Agawam Energy Center is a 250 MW, four-hour lithium-ion battery at 769 Silver Street, a former lumber yard in Agawam, Massachusetts, which the developer described in January 2026 as a multi-hundreds-of-millions-of-dollars investment (no figure published), with construction planned for 2027 and operation in 2029.

Illinois Commerce Commission’s February 2025 PJM table lists storage requests AH2-089/090/091 with 1200 MW maximum facility output, zero added energy MW and 50 MW capacity each. Those interconnection quantities do not verify a standalone 1200 MW/4800 MWh BESS or$900 M budget.

PJM’s AF2-027 facilities study specifies a 50 MW battery system at Zion, increasing the shared facility’s maximum output to 635 MW. The prior 1,206 MW “Aurora” battery identity and $850M budget are not substantiated.

Hyperscale Data's Dowagiac, Michigan campus runs about 30 MW today and the company targets 340 MW by the third quarter of 2029; it bought 48.5 more acres in June 2026, faces a federal noise class action, and has published no project cost.
