Work started on the 456,100 sq m site of the former Yongsan train depot in central Seoul, to be built out as a cluster of skyscrapers including towers of more than 100 storeys on land held 7 to 3 by Korail and the Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation. Foundational roads, parks and parking are due by 2028, with the first move-ins from 2030.
