Paloma Aguirre Wins San Diego County Supervisor Special Election

The Imperial Beach mayor beat Chula Vista Mayor John McCann 53.9% to 46.1% for the vacant District 1 seat, giving Democrats a 3-2 majority on the Board of Supervisors.
