Ukraine Confirms Operation Vivaldi Counteroffensive Near Lyman
- On 15 September 2026 Third Army Corps commander Andriy Biletskyi confirmed a counteroffensive in northern Donetsk region that had run under an information blackout, saying it cleared 75 square kilometres[1]
