Johnson & Johnson announced a proposed resolution of its remaining ovarian talc litigation, about 76,000 claims, with a $5.5 billion commitment paid per claim - no more than $3 billion in 2027 and nothing more before 2028 - if at least 95% of claimants take part.

Abbott will pay about $385 million ($384,999,040) to resolve Justice Department, state and whistleblower claims over powdered infant formula made at its Sturgis, Michigan, plant, the site of the 2022 recall. Abbott admits no liability, and the government has closed its criminal investigation.
