Embraer Delivers the First E195-E2 to AerCap and Azul

• Embraer delivered the aircraft in a ceremony at São José dos Campos; the recipients were AerCap, the world's largest lessor, and Azul, the global launch operator with 51 firm orders and five more aircraft due in 2019^[1]
• Azul configured it with 136 seats in a single class for domestic and international routes; CEO John Slattery called it 'the largest commercial aircraft Embraer has ever built'^[1][3]
• FlightGlobal reported on 15 April 2019 that the E195-E2 had achieved type certification and was on track to enter service with Azul in the second half of the year; the certificates came from ANAC, the FAA and EASA^[1][4]
