FDA Approves Merck's Keytruda, the First Anti-PD-1 Cancer Drug in the US
- Merck announced on 4 September 2014 that the FDA approved Keytruda at 2 mg/kg every three weeks for unresectable or metastatic melanoma after ipilimumab and, if BRAF V600 positive, a BRAF inhibitor[1]
