Chronopin: upcoming release dates, events and other important dates

Harvard, Tishman Speyer and Breakthrough Properties cut the ribbon on the first phase of the Enterprise Research Campus in Allston: two commercial laboratory buildings called OneMilestone, the 343-apartment Verra, the Atlas Hotel, Harvard's David Rubenstein Treehouse conference centre, 40,000 square feet of retail and more than two acres of public open space. It is the opening move on a 36-acre site, with a Phase B of labs, offices and housing still to be permitted.

The City Council approved Mayor Mamdani's first budget on 30 June, the largest expense budget in Council history, adding $350 million to reserves and $300 million over two years for a new rental-assistance program. It was agreed with Speaker Julie Menin the same day.
